Philip Moore

Licensed Financial Planner
With a holistic and individualised approach to wealth creation and financial security for his clients,
Kinvale Principal Phil Moore has become one of Australia's most trusted and preferred choices for
financial advice.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Authorised Representative of Securitor Financial
Group Ltd, Licensed Dealer in Securities, Registered Life Insurance Broker and, after starting his career
in 1982, has more than 26 years financial experience.
His rare skill set of accounting, taxation and financial planning knowledge, coupled with a dedication to
extensive research in financial markets, enables him to deliver out-of-the-square, tailored financial
security options that deliver results for Kinvale clients.
Phil finds it very satisfying to help people create wealth. Whether they're just starting out, well on their
wealth creation journey or enjoying the fruit of their wealth in retirement, he endeavours to help them
achieve the lifestyle they're after through an individual strategy that's right for them.
Having been involved in retail finance since 1993, Phil is now highly regarded in the industry and
contributes at a national level to industry standards and practice. He is presently NSW
Representative on the inaugural Securitor Product Advisory Council, is on the DWS (Deutsche)
Advisory Board and contributes to the Credit Suisse Advisor Focus Groups. Prior to this he
served the full two-year tenure from 2006 to 2007 as NSW Representative on the Securitor
National Advisory Council.
He is often asked to attend various industry focus groups and has participated in advisor panels for
the Securitor National Convention and the St. George Margin Lending Convention. He has presented to the
Board of Macquarie Margin Lending, Asgard's Senior Management Team in Perth, and the programming team
for Asgard's AdviserNETgain, which was launched in November 2006 (Kinvale was the first office to use
this new software).

Aaron Wilkinson
B.Com
Accountant/Paraplanner
Aaron joined Kinvale as an Accountant in 1999, specialising in the complex worlds of superannuation,
tax returns and small business accounting.
Just prior to Kinvale selling its accounting arm of the business in April 2006, in November 2005 Aaron
moved across to Kinvale Financial Planning in the role of Paraplanner. Coupled with his accounting
background, he has become a dynamic strategist who tailors financial plans to suit the goals and
lifestyles of individual clients. He is also able to make technical financial information accessible
to our clients. These skills, along with his longevity with the organisation and prior knowledge of
our their unique circumstances through his accounting services, have made him a valued member of the
team who clients trust.
In January 2008 Aaron completed his training to become a Chartered Accountant and is now extending his
skills by undertaking a Diploma in Financial Planning. He is expected to join Kinvale Principal Phil
Moore as a Licensed Financial Planner in 2009, offering extended access to Kinvale's expertise in wealth
creation and the holistic and tailored approach that's valued by our clients.
As a reward for his efforts at Kinvale, on 1 April 2008 he was appointed 10% share holding in the business.

Hugh McKensey

Chartered Accountant/Authorised Representative of Securitor
We're pleased to offer our clients the extensive skills and industry knowledge of Consulting
Licensed Financial Planner Hugh McKensey.
Hugh joined Kinvale on 1 July 2008 following his extensive service to Forsythes Group. He joined
its antecedent firm, Forsythe & Co, in January 1963 and became Partner of Forsythes Chartered
Accountants in 1972. He held the positions of Managing Partner of Forsythes from 1987 to 2003,
Chairman and Senior Partner of the Forsythes Group 2003 to 30 June 2008. He was also Representative
of Forsythes Financial Services Pty Ltd (holder of Financial Services Licence No 240946) and Registered
Company Auditor.
Our clients now benefit from his 45 years experience in the accounting and retail financial industries,
in which he has regularly provided financial advice to clients in New South Wales and Queensland. He
has specialised in: Evaluating investment opportunities including small to medium sized property
developments and making recommendations regarding such investments; syndicating property developments
and businesses; providing superannuation and investment advice including strategies, appropriate
structures and investments; providing advice on tax effective business structures and strategies
for wealth creation and succession planning.
Hugh's alliance is particularly valued since he and Phil worked together at Forsythes from 1987 to 1995.
Hugh has been a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants) since 1970 and Fellow
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia since 1978. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce
degree through The University of Newcastle and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning
through the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Hugh and wife Patricia have three children and five grandchildren (with more on the way).

Mike Gray

Paraplanner
Mike joined the Kinvale team in February 2008 as a Paraplanner. He brings to the team more than five years of
paraplanning experience, along with a host of other skills and experience in such areas as accounting, graphic
design and adult training. He's currently working on his IPS146 qualification in the Financial Services
industry. Mike has decided that he is more than happy to use his quality research and business skills to be
a professional Paraplanner instead of steering his career into the advisory role.

Nichola Delohery

Client Service Manager
Nichola made a career move from the real estate industry to join the Kinvale team in November 2007 in a support
role for the Financial Planners and Paraplanners. She's now extending her skills by training to be a Paraplanner,
currently undertaking her IPS146 accreditation in Financial Planning. Her career will ultimately take her through
to advising. Clients and staff alike find her a delight to have around the office with her cheery personality.

Jill Moore

Office Manager
Jill has a 26-year background in office administration and accounting, having worked in both chartered accounting
and commerce. She was secured in 2004 to manage operations at a strategic time of rapid expansion in Kinvale's
history. After initially managing the administration side of the organisation, her role has since extended to
undertaking business management activities that ensure Kinvale operates efficiently into the future. Jill has been
integral to the success of Kinvale; her executive assistant activities through the years, supporting Phil's role,
combined with her personable approach to client liaison has fostered trusted client-adviser relationships, which
provides strong foundation for growth.

Liz Kinloch
Administrative Support
Having served the organisation previously in her career, Liz returned to Kinvale in March 2000 as Receptionist
and has since moved into part time administrative support. Her exceptional secretarial and administration skills gained
in Personal Assistant and Reception roles throughout her career provides a robust foundation for the efficient
delivery of client services by our Financial Planners and Paraplanners. Although mainly working behind the
scenes in administration now, the quality professional relationships she developed with clients during her
Reception role continues.

Judith McMahon

Client Service
Judy joined Kinvale in March 2006 in the Client Service role. She assists the Financial Planners and Paraplanners
part time with administration and processing services, enabling them to efficiently deliver services to clients. She has an
extensive background in insurance and client liaison. Her personable and professional approach to her role has
earned her a positive rapport with clients.

Kristen Hadley
Client Service
Kristen began with Kinvale on Reception in March 2002 before joining the Client Service Team. When she began
her family we didn't want to lose her skills, knowledge of our organisation and rapport with clients so we adopted
a flexible, family-friendly approach to her career with us. She currently provides part time administrative
support for the Financial Planners and Paraplanners while she dedicates time to her children's formative years.
Her customer service approach is highly valued by our clients, who are in regular contact by phone with her.

like the rapport I've built with clients over the years, and helping them through the paperwork and timing behind

Ainsley Collins
Receptionist/Administration Assistant
Ainsley joined the Kinvale team in August 2007 as Receptionist. With a strong background in Reception and
secretarial support at accounting and financial planning businesses, mostly in the Sydney area, she quickly
earned the respect of Kinvale clients and team members for her efficient yet personable approach to their
enquiries for assistance. She is the first welcoming face of the organisation and a valued team member.
